The Heart Mender self-love and breakup deck is NOT just for breakups. The exercises are meant to help process feelings of abandonment, rejection, and loss, but its overall goal is nurturing a healthy relationship with yourself and building self-love. The exercises in the deck are centered around self-care, mindfulness, and gently reconnecting with yourself.
It's quite a dense deck information-wise. I describe it as a sort of "program" you can follow post-breakup or on a journey of self-love.
