Refund policy

All sales are final unless item has construction damage upon receipt. We have a 30-day exchange policy for construction damaged items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, proof of construction damage must be sent with request. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at admin@vidavavoom.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Please note - Vida Vavoom is NOT responsible for damage caused by shipping issues. An insurance claim will need to be made with USPS in the event your item(s) arrives damaged due to mishandling by shipping carrier. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted with an estimated date you'll receive your replacement. Please remember it can take some time for a new item to sent to you if the item needs to be remade.
